Ilan Bruhim founded Everest Abstract along with Shimon Betesh, Esq. in 2007. Since that time, he has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, leading it and its affiliates to become highly recognized and respected title service providers, serving developers and the legal profession in the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Bruhim has guided the company to achieve the highest standards of integrity, transparency and efficiency resulting in Everest receiving accolades from its title underwriters in recognition of Outstanding Professional Standards, including the "Finest Agent Award" from Fidelity National Title Group, one of the nation's largest and highly rated title underwriters. Mr. Bruhim is widely well-regarded and trusted by the company's clients for his personal commitment to providing them with the highest level of service. He is also a licensed title producer in New Jersey.

Shimon Betesh has been practicing law for 16 years and closes over 1000 transactions per year. Mr. Betesh graduated in 1995 from SUNY Binghamton with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy of Law. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1998. Mr. Betesh specializes in residential real estate transactions and serves as closing agent and counsel to several national mortgage banks. He also represents developers and private individuals in the sale, refinance and purchase of residential real estate.

Our production Manager, Vincent Sette, is a top title professional in the industry. Mr. Sette has more than 30 years of experience in the title insurance field. Prior to joining our company, he was affiliated with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Mr. Sette is responsible for title production, reading, clearing, reviewing legal documentation, and assisting in complex residential and commercial transactions. Together with our dual Underwriting Counsel, the highest quality service and greatest expertise is provided to help you get your closing completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Rabbi Avraham Moyal joined Everest Abstract Services in August 2017 as Executive Vice President - Finance. Rabbi Avraham Moyal plays a key role in developing, monitoring, and evaluating the overall corporate strategy of the Company. His primary responsibilities include the development and implementation of a financial strategy, analyzing, executing and integrating acquisition opportunities, and ongoing developments. Rabbi Moyal also leads the Company's efforts regarding risk management and investor relations. Rabbi Moyal is a philanthropist, investor, financial partner, and trusted advisor to high net-worth individuals and dignitaries and has overseen many successful initiatives over the course of his career. Rabbi Avraham Moyal's talent lies in identifying opportunities, acquiring and structuring the asset, and developing it to its full potential. Over the last decade Rabbi Avraham Moyal's partnerships amounted to over $2.3 billion of office, retail and residential real estate acquisitions totaling more than 1.6M square feet in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and London. Rabbi Avraham Moyal was born in France, raised in Canada, and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Yeshiva University.
